Fashionistas and friends of felines alike, please join us for the 26th Annual Furball – Milano Miao! This gala fundraiser will be happening on Saturday, May 4, 2024, at a brand new event center, Avenue Portland.
Milano Miao is inspired by Italy’s love of fashion and felines. We’ll transport guests to the mecca of Italian design as we celebrate our l’amore per i gatti (love of cats). With your support, we’ll turn heads and hearts as we raise much-needed funding for spaying/neutering cats in our region.
Join us for a cocktail hour, raffles, silent and live auctions, dinner, and even a fashion show with feline flair!
Attire is alta moda (high fashion) or fashionably feline! We’ll be serving vegetarian puttanesca with a gluten-free/vegan version available.
FCCO cared for a record 8,777 cats last year, and remains the only organization dedicated to providing donation-based services for feral and stray cats living on our streets. Although we ask for a donation of $50 per cat, we never turn a caregiver (or cat) away for being unable to give. With your help, we will one day say Arrivederci to future generations of homeless cats.

It takes a community to help community cats! For our May 2023 Furball, 600+ people were involved in making the event possible and successful - auction donors and bidders, both online and at the event; table sponsors; ticket holders; everyone who contributed to the match, special appeal, or otherwise; our Honorary Chairs; and the volunteer members of the Furball committee and those who volunteered during the event. Together we are a powerful community and the cats benefit immensely. We are very grateful.
