Phone Scheduling Volunteers

Currently seeking to fill Tuesday, Thursday and Friday shifts


Volunteer Title: Phone Scheduling Volunteer 

Job Description: Phone Scheduling Volunteers pick up all inbound FCCO calls and screen cats for eligibility for FCCO clinics. They assist callers with questions regarding feral cats and spay/neuter. 

Qualifications:

• Phone experience preferred, but not required
• Familiarity with FCCO procedures and guidelines
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to send and receive emails with attachments
• Familiarity with Excel
• Ability to type proficiently
• Positive attitude
• Existing FCCO volunteer preferred

Time Commitment: One set day per week. Shifts from 10am-2pm or 12pm-4pm.

Minimum of 3 month commitment required
