General Office Volunteers

Currently seeking to fill Tuesday, Thursday and Friday shifts


Volunteer Title:  General Office Volunteer 

Job Description: Office volunteers email or mail paperwork to caregivers for their appointments, make calls to confirm appointments, log incoming phone messages, do data projects, occasionally clean traps, and other related duties as assigned. This is an entry-level position which can lead to becoming an FCCO Phone Scheduling Volunteer. 

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Excel        
• Ability to type proficiently
• Able to send and receive emails with attachments      
• Comfortable speaking to the public

Time Commitment: One set day per week. Shifts are from 10am-2pm or 12pm-4pm

Minimum of 3 month commitment required
