| Caregiver InfoFCCO services are provided for feral, stray or barn cats who are being fed consistently by a caregiver. Domestic cats who are part of a human family do not qualify. We must hear from the caregiver who is providing food and water for the cats. This is the person who needs to sign the Anesthesia Release Form acknowledging acceptance of our policies and giving permission for the cat to receive our services. All cats that come to our clinics need to be screened and have a reservation. The caregiver calls the phone number of the clinic in their area and leaves a message regarding the cats they are feeding. A phone volunteer will return the phone call within 36 hours. When they connect, the phone volunteer will screen the cats to ensure they qualify for the program. After they are qualified, they will be sent instructions for bringing the cats to the clinic, FCCO Policies, direction to the clinic, and an Anesthesia Release Form that must be signed and brought to the clinic with the cat. Each city handles reservations slightly differently. Call the city in your area for specific instructions on their process. We do not qualify cats via email. Cats without a reservation will be turned away. Cats who do not qualify, as determined by our reception volunteers, may be turned away at the reception desk. Please note: we do not qualify cats or take reservations for our clinics via email. If you are feeding feral or stray cats and would like to come to one of our clinics, please call the clinic number for the city nearest you. The phone numbers are listed beside each clinic on our schedule found on this website. | ||||||||||||
